Designed under the influence of Wudang Taichi (武当太极), the RF-Taichi Programme has been composed to allow you to experience the essence of Taichi from the Mountains of Wudang.

Through our personal experience and careful study of the ancient art, we devised easy-to-follow Taichi routines that were inspired by ancient masters.
